Join Bay School and the Florida Department of Education (FDOE) for the 14th annual statewide Celebrate Literacy Week, Florida! 2022 that is scheduled for the week of January 24-28, 2022.  So mark your calendars now for this important week of events. This year, our Celebrate Literacy Week, Florida! theme is

 Launch Into Literacy, Blast Off Into New Worlds!


Each classroom will be reading Regards to the Man in the Moon by Ezra Jack Keats (3-5 year-olds) Louie is unhappy because the other kids call his father “the junk man.” But his father knows it’s not just junk. “All a person needs is some imagination! And a little of that stuff can take you right out of this world!” So Louie builds a spaceship fueled entirely by imagination— and he and his friends blast off into an amazing adventure.
